Consultant for Capacity Building of LGUs on DRR and CCA

Served as Lead Consultant under the Climate Resilience Project, led the CDRA for Navotas City, supported the updating of its LDRRM Plan, led capacity needs assessments and capacity-building program design, and facilitated the updating of seven Barangay DRRM Plans and Contingency Plans.
