Consultant for Capacity Building of LGUs on DRR and CCA
Served as Lead Consultant under the Climate Resilience Project, led the CDRA for Navotas City, supported the updating of its LDRRM Plan, led capacity needs assessments and capacity-building program design, and facilitated the updating of seven Barangay DRRM Plans and Contingency Plans.

DRRM and CDRA Specialist
Led CDRA processes and technical workshops across multiple municipal and city LGUs, conducted hazard and climate analysis, assessed exposure and vulnerability, developed risk profiles, identified high-risk areas, and formulated DRR/CCA strategies for integration into Comprehensive Land Use Plans.

Community Vulnerability and Risk Assessment Consultant
Conducted Community Vulnerability and Risk Assessments (CVRA) in BARMM, assessed climate risks, conflict dynamics, human mobility, and community vulnerabilities and capacities, and developed risk profiles and evidence-based recommendations for resilience planning and programming.

Team Leader for CCA/DRR
Led a three-member technical team that strengthened Tacloban City’s CCA/DRR capacities, supported the formulation of the City DRRM Plan and DRR/CCA integration into the updated CLUP, and conducted Training of Trainers for 40 barangays/BDRRMCs.

DRR/CCA Lead Facilitator-Trainer
Trained and led country teams in conducting PCVAs and community-based DRR/CCA planning across Indonesia, Cambodia, and the Philippines, and supported the development of community-based DRR/CCA plans based on locally identified risks and priorities.
